Requirements and safety rules for forklift repair work

1) all important parts must be thoroughly cleaned and blown clean with compressed air before assembly

2) any defect affecting the quality of the machined contact surface of the part shall be repaired

3) the flat washers, spring washers, cotter pins, safety gaskets, etc. used for bolts and nuts shall be completely assembled as required

4) if the main bolt is deformed or elongated, it should be replaced, and the thread of the bolt should extend beyond the range of one to three teeth of the nut. Generally, the thread of the bolt is not lower than that of the nut, and it can extend more than three teeth of the nut without hindering its use

5) all nuts and bolts with specified tightness should be tightened with a torque wrench as required

6) the used copper sheet, iron sheet, asbestos liner, paper liner and cork liner can still be installed under the condition of complete use. All gaskets shall not be painted

7) before assembly, the leather oil seal must be immersed in the mixture of engine oil and kerosene heated to 60 ℃ for min before installation; The rubber oil seal shall be coated with gear oil at the friction part. During installation, the outer circumference of the iron shell and seat ring of the oil seal shall be coated with zinc white paint

8) the machined surface of the machine part cannot be directly knocked with a hammer, but must be padded with soft metal plates or rods

9) the hydraulic pump, hydraulic distributor and hydraulic steering device should be tested, and can be partially or completely disassembled for maintenance after testing

10) rosin shall be used as flux for wire welding, and acid liquid shall not be used as flux

2. Safety rules

1) when disassembling the lifting device, hang it on the lifting equipment, disassemble and remove the connector, and lift it forward and upward to separate it from the frame

2) when repairing the underbody, the sign board under repair should be hung. The parking brake should be tightened and the wheels should be blocked with triangular wooden plugs for computer recognition

3) when jacking the car with a jack, the jack should be placed stably, and people should be on the outside of the car. When erecting a car, the bench should be used. It is forbidden to find and cultivate high-tech talents before they have a foothold. Bricks or other easily broken objects should be used to erect a car

4) do not work on or under the vehicle after jacking up the unloading wheel with a jack

5) when putting down the wheel with a jack, check whether there are obstacles around, whether there are dangerous elbows and zigzag pipelines pressing against you, and open the hydraulic switch slowly

6) before starting the engine, check whether the oil in the oil pan, the cooling water in the radiator and the shift lever are in the neutral position, and tighten the parking brake

7) the vehicle being adjusted or tested should have a good starter. If you start the engine with a handle, your fingers should be on one side of the handle and lifted up at the design stage of the sample vehicle to prevent people from being hurt by counterattack

8) during the test, it is forbidden to carry out any supporting, fastening and adjustment operations to eliminate bad conditions

9) when starting the engine in the workshop for inspection and adjustment, open the doors and windows to make the air unblocked

10) do not work under the vehicle when testing the engine

11) after the engine is started, check whether the instruments work normally
